Embracing Humility on the Path of Growth

Let me be direct, my dear ones: your journey requires humility, not pride.

You are not above finding a job. You haven't completed all the necessary work.

You are not superior because you are a coach or a teacher. Entitlement has no place here. You must ask for what you need.

Pride obscures reality. And it is reality that keeps you grounded.

Humility aligns you. Alignment allows for flow.

Wherever you may be on this journey of awakening, take a moment to check in with yourself.

If you find yourself forcing things prematurely. Or if you believe you are too good for certain experiences.

Or you won’t really take a look at what’s really driving some of your decisions.

Chances are, your soul is not leading the way.

Being soul-led. Means being guided by something greater than yourself.

It means being WILLING. So incredibly willing.

Willing to make choices that humble you. Choices that demonstrate your commitment. Choices that bring you to your knees.

Choices that may have you loose repeatedly.

This work is not about reaching some final destination. It is about going deeper, always.

Your pride adds pressure. Pressure leads to performance. And performance keeps you at the surface.

Unable to connect honestly with yourself and the people around you.

But you did not come here to stay at the surface.

If you truly desire a deeper and more aligned experience of life, how willing are you to be deeply honest with yourself?

If you have been following my teachings, you know I advocate for a deeply connected and juicy life.

I also am extremely realistic about the ups and downs required to have that.

Pressure will not help you create that "life."

Quick fixes do not exist.

This work is a delicate dance.

Of slowly and gently learning to trust yourself and the path that’s unfolding for you.

Women come to me and over long periods of time learn to trust themselves.

Nourish themselves.

Advocate for themselves.

Hold themselves.

In places in life that previously seemed in possible.

Where the voice used to tremble, now it can speak.

Many won’t get how life-changing and revolutionary this is.

For the ones that do: I am ready when you are.
