ABOUT OLIVIA

Hi love. I’m Olivia Lara Owen.
Most people call me Liv. If you’ve known me since the early days, maybe even Livvy Lavida. I’m a British country girl with a Parisian past, a Londoner by proxy, and a woman who has lived many lives in one body. Depth has always been my home, but these days I’m also learning to love the shallows, the lightness, the laughter, the ordinary magic.

If I could distill who I am: I’m here for soul, substance, honesty and humour. I’m a storyteller, a guide, and a woman who’s built and rebuilt herself more times than I can count. I’m an ocean dweller with a taste for big truth and a refusal to pretend things are #notthatdeep when they actually are.

BACKGROUND

My Story (The Short Version)

I’ve always been a misfit with a mission. My path has never been linear. more like a series of initiations.

  • A first spiritual awakening at 13.

  • Leaving one of the UK’s most prestigious schools because my soul said “no.”

  • Returning to love through teaching little ones in primary classrooms.

  • Moving to Haiti as a teenager and founding an education-focused non-profit after the 2010 earthquake.

  • Building community for mythology-based coaching programmes in UK prisons.

  • Training first as a systems coach, then as a sexual awakening practitioner.

  • And finally, deep devotion to my spiritual craft — over 10,000 hours of study, teaching, and guiding women through my first online school, The House of Opulence.

For nearly 15 years, I lived and led at full tilt, building two organisations, holding thousands of women, and witnessing hundreds come home to themselves, their truth, their power, their pleasure, their leadership.

I am, and have always been, a woman who builds, tends, risks, rises, grieves, and begins again.

The Era Today

After four potent years in Paris and a decade and a half of constant creation, I returned to the UK to take a sacred pause, a fallow year. A year of letting the soil rest. A year of unlearning, grounding, listening, and remembering who I am when I’m not performing, producing, or carrying the world.

This has been one of the most important seasons of my life.

I’ve been living slower.
Choosing sustainability over spectacle.
Rebuilding my foundations.
Rooting into my real desires.
Doing the deep internal composting that honest leadership requires.

And what’s emerging from this season is clearer, calmer, more potent, and more Liv than anything I’ve ever done before.

My Work Today

Today, my mission is simple and soul-level:

No performance.
No spiritual bypassing.
No overinflated “embodiment.”
Just the real work of becoming a woman who trusts herself deeply,
lives what she believes,
and makes decisions she can stand on.

I work slowly and intimately with a small number of women, through 1:1 coaching, seasonal retreats, ceremony, and the occasional community experience. I’m not here to rush anyone. I’m here to walk with you while your life reorganises around your truth.

I help women who are:

  • Closing old cycles and opening new ones

  • Navigating identity shifts, career change, grief or reinvention

  • Rebuilding stability and self-belief

  • Healing from burnout, over-responsibility, or emotional entanglements

  • Returning to what is natural, nourishing, and true

  • Ready to claim the next era of their leadership, their power, their love, or their work

This is work for women who don’t need a guru, they need a guide.
Someone who can hold the nuance, the humour, the shadow, the grief, the intelligence and the fire.
Someone who can hold them.

What I Believe

I believe in slow, sustainable change.
I believe in leadership that comes from emotional honesty, not image.
I believe your life is your ecosystem and when it’s aligned, everything grows.
I believe humour is medicine.
I believe in the return to the body, to nourishment, to integrity.
And I believe women who trust themselves are the women who change everything in their homes, their work, their relationships, their communities, and their own lives.

The Woman Behind the Work

I’m still a country girl at heart.
Still a lover of women’s stories, kitchens full of noise, and the long slow road home.
Still someone who’s lived big lives and carries big love.
Still someone who believes the future is built in the quiet, unglamorous moments where we choose ourselves again and again.

This is my season of grounded leadership, creative rebirth, and nourishing the soil that everything else will grow from.
